  1. What makes a "Cook and Cold" cooler different from a "Hot and Cold" cooler?

    A "Cook and Cold" or CC model dispenses cold water from one faucet for drinking and room temperature water from the other faucet for cooking.

    A "Hot and Cold" or HC model dispenses cold water from one faucet for drinking and hot water from the other faucet for making instant hot beverages such as tea, hot chocolate and coffee or instant foods such as oatmeal, soup and mac and cheese.

  2. Should I purchase or lease my water cooler?

    Purchasing your cooler from WADA Water gives you the peace of mind that your cooler is backed by a warranty longer than a standard store bought cooler. Our coolers are backed by a 3-5 year refrigeration warranty(select models) and a 1-2 year warranty for all other parts(select models). Our HDUO model is a residential unit and is backed by a one year warranty. If there would happen to be a warranty issue, WADA Water will provide you with a cooler to use while the issue is being resolved. This will be done free of charge. When you purchase a cooler from a retail store, you are responsible for boxing the unit and shipping it to a service center. This leaves you with no cooler for up to 30 days while the factory determines what the best course of action is.

    Leasing a cooler from WADA Water has its benefits as well. As long as you are leasing the cooler, it will be under warranty. We only offer leases on select models, but you will have the peace of mind knowing that if the unit doesn’t function correctly, WADA will replace it hassle free. As part of the lease, WADA Water will sanitize your cooler at least twice per year.

  3. Does WADA Water offer home delivery?

    Absolutely!!! And it is more affordable than going to the local home improvement store to do it yourself. On average we are more than $1.00 less per bottle than doing a self exchange program. Why get it yourself, we will bring it to you!

  4. How often can we have water delivered?

    WADA Water currently offers one per month and twice per month deliveries. Large companies are able to get their water delivered once per week if needed.

  5. If I already have my cooler, can I still have WADA Water delivered to my home or business?

    You sure can!!! We even offer a sanitization service(for a small fee) for your own cooler. Just because you didn’t get it from us doesn’t mean we won’t bring you the water you want. WADA Water wants everyone to enjoy the product!!!

  6. My office has WADA Water delivered, but I make a long commute to work each day and I live outside of your delivery area. How can I get WADA Water for my home?

    Simply ask your employer if we can drop your water off along with their delivery. Then you can just take it home. Remember to bring in your empty bottles on delivery day.

  7. Do you charge deposits for your bottles?

    No!! WADA Water doesn’t charge for bottle deposits, however; we do charge for broken or missing bottles.

  8. My delivery date is still a week away and I am on my last bottle. May I have my water delivered earlier?

    In most cases you can call us and we will do our best to work you in to our schedule. This is subject to a $2.00 charge depending on how far you are off of our scheduled route. This is also a good time to consider adding to your order.

  9. Do you only offer the 5 gallon bottle for my water cooler?

    No. WADA Water also has a 3 gallon bottle available. The 5 gallon bottle weighs approximately 42 lbs full and can be too heavy for some consumers. The 3 gallon bottle weighs 25 lbs and also has a convenient handle for easier lifting. If the 3 gallon is still too heavy, you may consider purchasing the 6 gallon cases and just putting WADA Water in you refrigerator rather than on a cooler.

  10. May I purchase the 16.9 oz flat cap, 20 oz sport cap and
    one gallon cases for home delivery?


    Yes you may!!! Most of our customers prefer our water to the water they can buy in the store. Our 16.9 and 20 oz bottles come packaged in a case of 24 and our 1 Gallon bottles come in a case of 6.

  11. I have a water delivery service. Can WADA Water beat their price?

    Most of the time, we already do!! WADA Water is a locally owned independent distributor, not a national franchise. This makes us more competitive in our market since we don’t have royalties or franchise fees to pay. Our competitor put these fees into the cost of your bottles…………WADA Water does not!!
